The Job:

The Sales and Business Development Professional will play a vital role in driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships. This role involves frequent travel, client presentations, and onsite deployment, with expenses covered through reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our product offerings and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts.
  • Address client concerns and complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree may be preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of the industry and our products or services.
