Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • Secure new customers for the company's logistics services.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct telemarketing and outdoor sales activities to explore business opportunities.
  • Submit weekly sales reports detailing daily movements and overall sales performance.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets in alignment with the company's business plan.
  • Prepare quotations, tenders, bidding documents, RFQs, and RFIs as requested by customers.
  • Address customer service requirements and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with FMGLPI Operations regarding inquiries and booking processing.
  • Compile and submit accurate and timely sales reports as requested.
  • Manage and control accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or any related course.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the logistics industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics operations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven people management and leadership abilities.
  • Knows how to drive and has a valid driver's license
