
Sales Leader for Growth Markets

Unlock your leadership potential as a District Sales Manager and drive business growth in North Luzon and Manila. This strategic role requires you to lead and coach a team of sales professionals, utilizing your expertise to assign sales territories, set targets, mentor team members, provide sales training, build a sales plan, and hire new talent.
Key Responsibilities- Direct the sales team to achieve sales targets by analyzing each assigned territory to identify business opportunities and growth drivers.
- Drive business growth by monitoring sales potential and development within the assigned area, ensuring regular target attainment.
- Implement and monitor sales force effectiveness metrics and execute marketing programs accurately and timely with the sales team.
- Maintain an exceptional knowledge of pharmaceutical products, including medical/scientific backgrounds and promotional themes.
- Lead the team in organizing and staging projects, submitting reports, and preparing business plans, periodically monitoring progress and securing company assets.
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of solid sales experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies, including 3+ years in people management roles.
- Preferably experienced in handling key accounts and analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficient in territory management, quota setting, forecasting, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
As a successful candidate, you will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
