We're seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to lead our go-to-market initiatives. This role combines sales and marketing expertise to accelerate revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & GTM Execution:
    • Develop target customer profiles and segment strategies to drive pipeline growth.
    • Collaborate with leadership to design playbooks, cadences, and account-based strategies for optimal results.
  • Lead Sourcing, Sequencing, and Engagement:
    • Manage and optimize lead sourcing, enrichment, sequencing, and engagement platforms.
    • Benchmark and improve automated workflows for lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and reactivation of past opportunities.
  • GTM System Integration:
    • Integrate CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms for seamless data exchange.
  • Analytics & Insights:
    • Design dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, funnel health, and ROI.
    • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance pipeline efficiency and inform business decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement:
    • Align Account Executives and Customer Success teams across the customer journey for consistent outcomes.
    • Train and equip sales teams on using optimization tools effectively.
