
Sales Growth Leader

This leadership opportunity presents a high-impact role in a fast-growing digital bank, allowing you to drive the overall sales strategy aligned with the company's growth goals in embedded finance. You will lead solution teams focused on fintech, enterprise, and financial institution segments.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that optimize sales processes and implement best practices to boost efficiency and client experience. Create sales playbooks, value propositions, and enablement tools tailored to each segment.
- Client Onboarding & Success: Oversee onboarding for key clients and maintain senior-level relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
- Product & Innovation Alignment: Identify market trends and collaborate with the Product team to enhance offerings based on client needs and segment opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and external partners to deliver cohesive solutions and expand market reach.
- 10+ years of experience in sales or business development within financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in leading sales strategy, managing high-performing teams, and onboarding major clients
- Strong understanding of embedded finance, fintech, and financial services market trends
- Experience in product development, go-to-market strategy, and segment-focused selling
- Strategic thinker with strong decision-making, analytical, and forecasting skills
- Skilled in sales process optimization, CRM tools, and performance tracking
- Excellent communicator and negotiator with the ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships
- Adept at managing risk, ensuring compliance, and adapting to fast-changing environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field required
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
