What is your mission?

We are looking for a Global Sales & Marketing Manager to lead global sales growth, recruit and coach Independent Business Owners (IBOs), and deliver impactful presentations across diverse markets. This role blends strategy, digital marketing, community engagement, and training to expand the global IBO network and drive measurable results.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Develop and implement region-specific global sales strategies.
  • Align go-to-market plans with product launches and expansion priorities.
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach Independent Business Owners (IBOs) in target markets.
  • Create training flows, sales presentations, and duplicatable tools.
  • Deliver compelling Zoom and in-person product presentations.
  • Build and manage marketing funnels for lead generation.
  • Execute multi-channel digital campaigns with performance tracking.
  • Foster relationships with IBOs to drive engagement and retention.
  • Identify and mentor high-potential leaders for growth.
  • Monitor KPIs, including IBO enrollment, sales volume, and reorder rates.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with operations to align inventory with market demand.
Who are we looking for?
  • 5+ years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in direct selling or network marketing
  • Proven success supporting field teams or IBO networks with sales enablement and scalable presentation systems
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge and CRM/reporting proficiency
  • Experience with international markets, multi-currency operations, and diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with trends and innovations in the direct selling industry
  • Excellent online (Zoom) and in-person presentation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with ability to work across multiple markets and cultures
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and highly organized
