Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing documentation thoroughly, ensuring completeness before sending it to other business units. They will also assist in various investment documentation and submissions, provide administrative support for efficient office operations, and perform clerical tasks such as filing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Thoroughly review all documentation prior to sending it to other business units
* Assist in the preparation and submission of investment documentation
* Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
* Perform clerical tasks including filing and data management
Requirements:
* Proficiency in MS Excel
* Completion of a 4-year Business course or equivalent experience
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
* Strong organizational and time management skills
