Are you passionate about supporting families in need? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Family Support Associate.

Job Description:

This role requires someone who can work closely with real families, understand their needs, and provide them with the necessary support to access care. You will be responsible for managing the family training pipeline, helping families reach their potential, and supporting best-in-class clinical training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Family Support: Own and manage the family training pipeline, help families reach their potential, and support best-in-class clinical training.
  • Uplift Families: Guide families through the healthcare maze and be their biggest advocate during highs and lows.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Partner with technology, clinical, and product teams across the organization to advance our mission.
  • Build Community: Help coordinate meet-ups, introduce families to each other, and organize events that support families in relying on one another.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1-4 years of experience in sales or customer success in a professional role.
  • Excellent project management and process execution skills.
  • Experience in business analytics and performance measurement (or willingness to learn).
  • Deep empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience.
