The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in overseeing the data, processes, and controls that ensure the accuracy of bonus and commission programs. This involves owning and overseeing compensation cycles to drive process improvements and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Leads quarterly compensation workbook ensuring accuracy and completeness">
  • Owns end-to-end compensation cycles driving process improvements and efficiency">
  • Prepares monthly incentive/bonus calculations maintains plan data safeguards confidentiality">
  • Builds queries reports and dashboards delivers analyses partners with Finance on accruals/reporting cadence">
  • Collaborates with RevOps documents commission processes acts as sales compensation SME to advise stakeholders">

Requirements:

">

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in Sales Compensation FP&A or a finance-related role. They must be able to create complex spreadsheets formulas pivot tables and data visualizations in Microsoft Excel with accuracy and efficiency.

Skills:

Required skills include maintaining exceptional attention to detail staying organized while managing multiple tasks simultaneously engaging and communicating confidently with senior leaders and C-Suite executives clear and coherent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
