Job Title: Market Intelligence Lead

This role leads the market intelligence function, driving strategic decision-making through deep consumer understanding and market trend analysis. The Market Intelligence Lead oversees consumer research programs to deliver high-quality, actionable data that informs product development, marketing strategies, and customer experience initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, executing, and overseeing consumer and market research studies, transforming complex data into clear, concise, and impactful insights that drive business decisions and long-term growth. This includes shaping corporate strategy by providing deep market, consumer, and competitive insights, identifying key opportunities and emerging trends.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. They will also have business acumen to understand and interpret business operations, market dynamics, and financial indicators to make data-driven insights that directly support strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designs, executes, and oversees consumer and market research studies to drive strategic decision-making
  • Shapes corporate strategy through deep market, consumer, and competitive insights
  • Oversees consumer research programs to deliver high-quality, actionable data
  • Influences marketing and product initiatives through insights
  • Enhances the company's competitive position through timely market and competitive analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, social sciences, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or strategy roles, with at least three years in a leadership position
  • Business acumen to understand and interpret business operations, market dynamics, and financial indicators
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
