Sales and Lead Generation Expert

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Sales and Lead Generation Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our business through proactive business development and lead generation. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and lead generation and are looking to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Identify partnership opportunities within franchises groups, membership organisations and associations through active research activities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and handling correspondence.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance.
- Utilise the sales plan to maximise your efforts in identifying key opportunities, products and services.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information.
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless client onboarding and handover from sales to service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or relevant experience.
- Sound proven experience in lead generation or business development working within businesses of all sizes.
- Skilled at investigation and engagement with Australian businesses by phone and email.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue and create new sales appointments.
- Ability to create and present compelling proposals.
