About the Role

As a Matching Assistant, you will be responsible for identifying top candidate matches for our clients. Your attention to detail and ability to quickly assess candidate fit will be key in ensuring successful placements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review client requirements and job descriptions to identify ideal candidate matches
  • Assess and screen candidate profiles, resumes, and skill sets
  • Submit shortlisted candidates with accurate notes and details for internal review
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and placements
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates throughout the process
Requirements
  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing and research
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM tools
