Recruitment Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business goals.

  • Review applications, assess qualifications, and conduct video interviews to identify the best candidates for our roles.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and identify strong fits.
  • Document assessments in our ATS clearly and thoroughly to ensure seamless candidate progression.
  • Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn and other tools to expand our talent pool.
  • Build pipelines for U.S.-based roles, including IT Sales and niche positions, to meet our business needs.
  • Endorse qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience (full-cycle or focused on sourcing/screening).
  • Strong interviewing skills, including the ability to ask insightful questions and assess both fit and potential.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent English communication skills, including clear and professional writing and speaking.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to leverage technology for success.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work tools to collaborate effectively with our team.
