Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Operations Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition department with interview scheduling and providing a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruiters, interviewers, and HRBP's to drive performance and collaboration.
- Oversee onboarding tasks and questions for new hires, including background check management and US I-9 verification paperwork.
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and optimizing scheduling efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks on offer documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with location-specific laws and regulations.
- College graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination, particularly in high-growth/fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience with Workday as an ATS and proficiency in scheduling tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tooling and follow processes for clean data creation.
- Professional demeanor with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Exceptional attention to detail and curiosity about company processes.
