Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Marketing Strategist plays a critical role in leading the North American talent attraction functions and team. This position requires a unique blend of business-to-consumer marketing creativity and high-volume talent acquisition process implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Vendor Management: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans to optimize budget and maximize applicant flow. Manage vendor relationships, including job boards, internet media, collateral providers, and community partners.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze data results to evaluate marketing program effectiveness and maximize return on investment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as social media, talent acquisition delivery, and operations, to fulfill hiring needs.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Supervise, coach, train, and develop talent acquisition marketing staff while contributing personally to team results.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
  • Talent Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas.
  • Remote Team Management: Ability to manage remote teams and work onsite at least once a month.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving and data-based critical thinking skills.
  • Financial Management: Experience managing budgets and using advanced Excel.
