About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for finding top talent and facilitating a seamless hiring process.


Responsibilities
  • Sourcing: Identify and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.
  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Feedback: Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to improve recruiting strategies and processes.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Actively participate in onboarding new hires and ensure a seamless integration into the company culture.

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a related role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Recruitment Tools: Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Patient Focus: A passion for connecting with people and helping them find career opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Remote Recruitment Experience: Experience in remote recruitment and familiarity with virtual hiring processes.
  • Hiring Best Practices: Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
