We are seeking a skilled Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for establishing connections with potential clients, scheduling appointments, and supporting our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect Outreach: Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to build relationships and set appointments.
- Inbound Call Management: Answer inbound calls professionally, respond to inquiries, and convert incoming leads into appointments by providing accurate information about products or services and ensuring prompt assistance.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings between prospects, sales teams, and local dealers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure a smooth transition for the sales team by evaluating their interest, needs, and fit with our offerings.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in our CRM system to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure appointments are confirmed and rescheduled if necessary, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on call activities, appointment outcomes, and any obstacles encountered during the process to support data-driven decision making.
- Appointment-setting experience is required to excel in this role.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly valued.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for articulating value propositions clearly and building strong relationships with clients.
- Comfortable using HubSpot CRM software and other digital communication tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail are necessary for managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection, with a willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing market trends.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment, leveraging collaborative spirit and open communication to drive results.
