We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Appointment Setter to join our client's sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating meaningful connections with potential clients and scheduling appointments between qualified leads and the company's sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
Prospect potential clients through phone calls, communicating the value proposition of the company's solutions effectively.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, ensuring they meet the required standards.
Schedule appointments between qualified leads and the sales team, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team, providing necessary prospect information and tracking key performance metrics.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful as an Appointment Setter, you must have:
Proven experience in appointment setting or a related phone-based sales support role.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with a persuasive and engaging phone demeanor.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools for call management.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of calls effectively.
Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to achieve targets.
Capacity to articulate technical concepts and value propositions clearly over the phone.
Understanding of the advertising, marketing, and/or CX industries is a plus.
