Job Description
The CSR Partnership and Fundraising Head plays a critical role in supporting the company's CSR initiatives by establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships, developing fundraising plans, and managing relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Partnership and Networking: Facilitate partnerships with various institutions and donors to support CSR projects. Represent the company in stakeholder meetings, manage accreditation and memberships in relevant networks.
- Generating Resources: Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure contributions. Organize fundraising events, manage financial data, create communication materials, oversee online content, and report on fundraising activities.
- People Management: Lead and mentor the team, recommend training, manage leave approvals, evaluate performance, and enforce disciplinary actions when needed.
- Others: Maintain a partner/donor database, provide recommendations, participate in meetings and training, and perform related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Social/Development Science or Development Communications.
- At least two years of work-related experience in fundraising and/or marketing for social development, non-profit organizations, or similar entities.
- Knowledgeable in Events Management, Relationship Building, and Management.
