Recruiter L2

A dynamic Recruiter L2 is required to hire top talent from diverse sourcing channels. The ideal candidate will understand business projections and urgency of talent requirements, leveraging this knowledge to create effective sourcing plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source and hire the best candidates across various platforms, including job portals, consultants, and employee referrals.
  2. Collaborate with the technical panel for shortlisted candidates and conduct selection tests as needed.
  3. Negotiate salary and position details with candidates while ensuring alignment with company targets.
  4. Facilitate the onboarding process, maintaining engagement with new hires until their joining date.
  5. Coordinate background verification and communicate effectively with Business Teams and Managers regarding onboarding status.
