Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and resolve technical issues via phone, chat, or email.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have previous call center experience and a high level of technical expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound technical support requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues using various tools and resources
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our system
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures to ensure seamless resolution of customer queries
Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
