Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to clients across various industries.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, dedicated, and possess excellent communication skills. They will have prior call center experience and reside within a reasonable distance from our office.

  • Respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures
Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively
  • Providing expert advice on hardware, software, and network issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience
  • Meeting performance metrics including resolution time, customer satisfaction, and attendance
Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior call center experience
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
