Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and customer-focused professionals to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for various clients across industries. As a Remote Technical Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email, using your strong communication skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Your ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • You will guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary, maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures is essential to delivering excellent customer service.
  • You will ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions, adhering to company protocols and security guidelines when handling sensitive information.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience is also an important aspect of this role.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A minimum age of 18 years is required for this position.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is essential, as well as previous call center experience.
  • Work from home experience is preferred, and a strong command of the English language is necessary.
  • A typing speed of 20+ WPM and a high-speed internet connection are also required.
  • BASIC PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, POWERPOINT) IS REQUIRED, AS WELL AS FAMILIARITY WITH WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEMS.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up, you will be able to multitask and self-manage effectively, utilizing excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with customers.
