Job Description

This is a critical role responsible for establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to drive growth and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer interactions through timely case management and inquiry resolution within Salesforce.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate information on Salesforce Accounts, Files, and Case records.
  • Provide proactive customer communication, ensuring clear, professional, and empathetic interactions.
  • Deliver reports and information requests on time, meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue leads, contributing to revenue generation and growth.
  • Maintain account retention targets by developing relationships with key decision-makers and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ongoing feedback and product improvement through first-hand customer information and recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of call center or related experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with productivity software, CRM systems, and other call center technologies preferred. Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in case management or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
