Job Overview

The Client Success Partner is a key relationship owner and trusted advisor for clients and their offshore teams. This role ensures exceptional service delivery, drives client retention and growth, and enables offshore staff to perform at their highest potential.

This role works closely with clients and their offshore teams to help them overcome cultural, technical, and logistical gaps. The Client Success Partner serves as a strategic HR Advisor, ensuring that the fundamental HR and offshoring needs of the client are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and sustain deep, strategic partnerships with clients by understanding their business goals and anticipating needs.
  • Partner with clients to maximise offshore team performance through proactive coaching and clear performance frameworks.
  • Support clients in the growth and development of their offshore teams through support in performance management and identifying and implementing training & development programs.
  • Continuously monitor relationship and performance indicators to identify risks early and lead resolution strategies.
  • Design and implement initiatives that foster positive workplace cultures and help teams stay engaged and aligned with client outcomes.
Results (Success Criteria)
  • Grow and retain monthly recurring revenue (MRR) of the account by proactively identifying and delivering value-adding opportunities.
  • Improved retention of high-performing offshore staff driven by strong HR management, development programs, and positive workplace cultures.
  • Achieve high client satisfaction scores by delivering exceptional quality service and operational success and strategic HR value.
  • Create and deliver timely, data-driven performance reports with actionable recommendations.
