Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Sales Manager. This critical role will involve the design, optimization, and execution of our go-to-market engine.

This unique position combines technical expertise in sales automation with strategic sales planning to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality paired with strong RevOps and Sales Strategy skills, allowing them to both build and run effective sales machines.

Main Objectives
  • Sales Strategy & GTM Execution:
    • To define and optimize ideal customer profiles (ICP) and target segments that drive business success.
    • Develop and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies that accelerate pipeline growth and revenue.
    • Partner with leadership to create playbooks, cadences, and account-based strategies that deliver results.
  • Lead Generation and Management:
    • To establish and maintain automated workflows for lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and reactivation of past opportunities.
    • Integrate GTM systems across CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms for seamless data exchange.
  • Analytics & Insights:
    • To develop dashboards and reports that track campaign performance, funnel health, and ROI.
    • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve pipeline efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement:
    • Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
    • Train and enable sales teams on using Apollo and other GTM tools effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, Sales Strategy, or GTM roles.
  • Proven track record of lead generation and outbound/inbound campaign execution with measurable results.
  • Strong expertise in Apollo, rB2B, and other sales engagement platforms.
  • Proficiency in CRM management and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment and analytical mindset.
