Billing Operations Specialist

Job Description As a Billing Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in the success of our subscription-based business. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire billing lifecycle, from initial setup to final reconciliation and resolution of disputes. You will work closely with the sales and customer success teams to ensure accurate subscription data and maintain open communication channels. Additionally, you will identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize AR efficiency and scalability.Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must have hands-on experience with Stripe Subscriptions, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based environment. Strong knowledge of HubSpot for AR/billing workflows is also essential. You should have a proven track record of preparing and submitting dispute representation evidence to banks/payment processors and possess advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reconciliations, AR aging, and reporting. Furthermore, you must be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable owning critical AR processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
