As a key member of our forward-thinking team, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Underwriting to turn data into strategic decisions, driving 20% year-over-year growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Opportunity Identification: Uncover whitespace through territory intelligence, power targeted marketing campaigns, and sales outreach with data-backed insights.
  • Pipeline Health Tracking: Build dashboards and analytics to track pipeline health, performance KPIs, and early deal risk.
  • Lead Routing Optimization: Use Salesforce to optimize lead routing and engagement.
  • Underwriting Success Prediction: Analyze submission patterns to predict underwriting success.
  • Broker Engagement Strategies: Support broker engagement strategies and monitor satisfaction metrics.
  • GTM Tools Expertise: Serve as a go-to expert for GTM tools (e.g., 6sense, Outreach, UserGems).

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years in GTM, RevOps, BI, or similar roles.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Experience with marketing intent tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • Excellent storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in insurance, MGA, or broker-led distribution.
  • Familiarity with underwriting workflows or submission quality analytics.
