B2B Growth Strategist
We are seeking a seasoned B2B growth strategist to spearhead business expansion and drive revenue growth in the North American market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute strategic plans to expand customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Pursue new business opportunities through outreach and lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance business intelligence and optimize sales processes.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar sales-focused role.
- Solid background in sales, marketing, and business development, with B2B experience strongly preferred.
- Expertise in lead generation, appointment setting, and relationship-building.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools for sales/marketing automation is a plus.
- Experience working with North American clients is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Plastic Industry is a plus.
