Job Overview

We're seeking a strategic storyteller who can drive pipeline, thought leadership, and brand authority through compelling content. This role is responsible for shaping editorial strategy, producing and repurposing assets, and distributing them across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in B2B content marketing, with a proven track record of building content programs that drive measurable results. They'll need to be proficient in Google Analytics 4, SEO, and LinkedIn distribution, with a basic understanding of marketing automation in HubSpot and SEMrush.

This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to juggle deadlines without dropping balls, and a data-driven mindset. The right person will be comfortable interviewing executives, clients, and subject-matter experts to distill complex ideas into engaging stories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the editorial calendar: Plan, produce, and optimize content across formats (articles, reports, case studies, thought leadership, social, video scripts, etc.)
  • Drive strategy: Align content with business goals—pipeline generation, brand awareness, and client trust.
