Marketing Strategist Opportunity

We're looking for a driven and creative marketing professional to lead the launch of a new luxury wellness retreat in Lombok, Indonesia. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the entire marketing journey—from building the brand's presence to generating qualified leads for off-plan villa sales. You'll work directly with the founder to shape the strategy, create the systems, and drive the results that will bring this vision to life.

Full-time: 40 hours/week

Remote: Fully remote, PH working hours (PH-based candidates preferred)

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor

Job Description
  • Develop and implement a full marketing strategy for this luxury wellness retreat project, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns to drive sales of off-plan villas, utilizing platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create a monthly content calendar, transforming raw video and photo content into optimized Reels, stories, and posts.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) specifically targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website, including showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Create a structured funnel and lead qualification system to filter for serious investors.
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Ability to independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales, possessing an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
