Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement solution architecture using Salesforce and other connected technologies.
  • Support data administration, integrity upkeep, and continued build-out of key reports and dashboards.
  • Drive platform proficiency through training, documentation, and hands-on support.
  • Monitor updates and optimize business processes to ensure efficient platform management.
  • Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform.
  • Deploy changes across environments, including sandbox refreshes, data migration, and metadata deployment.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Expertise in Salesforce architecture (Asynchronous Apex), integration with 3rd Party apps, customization, code-based & declarative tools.
  • Ability to tackle ambiguity, solve problems creatively, and deliver valuable solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional teams balancing technical needs with business priorities.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and integrations.
  • Proactive monitoring of system performance, data quality, and integration health using tools and logs.
