Salesforce Developer and Architect

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, the Salesforce Developer and Architect will be responsible for designing and architecting scalable Salesforce solutions, developing custom applications, and building integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle, and overseeing code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
  • Develop custom applications, Apex triggers, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce pages, and other Salesforce customizations.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, drive solution design discussions, and provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Oversee code reviews, promote code quality, and ensure adherence to development standards.
  • Implement and test solutions to meet functional and performance standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies.
  • Ability to stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies.
