This role involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to enhance workflows, improve automation, and ensure the Salesforce platform aligns with business objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying tailored Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of our sales & operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customise and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other internal systems and third-party applications using APIs and middleware solutions.
  • Design and implement process automations using Salesforce and integrating Spinify and Spiff plus other tools to improve efficiency.
  • Perform regular system updates, data audits and security reviews.
  • Provide training and technical support to internal users.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and customisations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of successful Salesforce project delivery.
  • Strong experience in developing and customising Salesforce solutions within the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Spinify.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
