About this Role:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Developer to join our team in leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in configuring Salesforce solutions that include artificial intelligence capabilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using various technologies.
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Design, configure, and maintain lab demo environments to support testing, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Manage projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Provide technical support and training to users as needed.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience developing specifically for Salesforce.
  • Preferred experience: Salesforce Einstein, GenAI, Predictive Features, Agent Studio, DataCloud, Experience Cloud.
  • Exposure and experience with Generative AI technologies or capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience working with data sources, APIs, and integration tools.
  • Detailed understanding of the development of modules within Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or other computer related disciplines.
  • Ability to work within a global team environment and contribute to timely delivery of multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Required Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer.
  • Preferred Salesforce Certification: AI Specialist.
