Job Description

As a seasoned Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom AI-powered solutions to enhance our clients' business processes. Your expertise in leveraging cutting-edge technologies will empower businesses to transform the way they operate.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that drive exceptional customer experiences. Proficiency in Flow, LWC, APEX, and platform features is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Agentforce, even in its early stages, and a strong track record of configuring Salesforce implementations that include Einstein within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

This role demands proficiency in programming using Salesforce.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML, and their use in the development of CRM solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience developing specifically for Salesforce, specifically in Sales & Service Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce - yes, we know it's brand new - but we're looking for more than just surface-level exposure.
  • Preferred experience: Agent Studio (Copilot) Prompt Builder, OOTB AI GenAI & Predictive Features, DataCloud (External Data Input), structured and unstructured data, and embedding into systems, Experience Cloud (MIAW, Omni-Channel setup experience).
  • Exposure and experience with Generative AI technologies or capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience working with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate data management within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience with data management and governance best practices including privacy and consent.
  • Detailed understanding of the development of modules within Salesforce and how those modules tie into a broader solution.
  • Proficiency in programming using Salesforce.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML, and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
