Salesforce Solutions Architect

The opportunity to collaborate with the sales team to develop and streamline sales workflows, enhance data precision, and provide support across multiple time zones is exciting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing complex Salesforce automation solutions
  • Creating custom reports and dashboards from scratch, with a solid understanding of filtering, grouping, and logic
  • Maintaining data accuracy and management in Salesforce, including mass updates using tools like Dataloader.io
  • Building Salesforce custom reports and utilizing mass update tools (Dataloader.io or equivalent)

You will provide day-to-day support to the Senior Sales Operations Manager by assisting with operational projects, troubleshooting sales processes, and improving workflow efficiency. Manage Salesforce tasks including custom reporting, bulk record updates, and maintaining data accuracy.

Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
  • Able to work in or align with PST time zone
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience documenting processes and creating SOPs for cross-functional use
