Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the post-sales cycle from initial engagement to long-term growth of our users.
  • Become a trusted payments advisor to key stakeholders by building strong relationships.
  • Offer outstanding customer support through messaging platforms and phone calls.
  • Identify areas for improvement in each client's business process.
  • Communicate tailored solutions based on our products and customer success stories.
  • Assess common pain points and suggest potential features or improvements that can address these issues.
What We Are Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer success or a client-facing role.
  • A strong business acumen with the ability to understand the strategy behind each user's business.
  • Empathy and patience to advocate for our users' needs.
  • The ability to handle difficult situations while maintaining professionalism.
  • A keen interest in the fintech industry and a willingness to develop expertise in technical products.
