- Become a trusted payments advisor to key stakeholders by building strong relationships.
- Offer outstanding customer support through messaging platforms and phone calls.
- Identify areas for improvement in each client's business process.
- Communicate tailored solutions based on our products and customer success stories.
- Assess common pain points and suggest potential features or improvements that can address these issues.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer success or a client-facing role.
- A strong business acumen with the ability to understand the strategy behind each user's business.
- Empathy and patience to advocate for our users' needs.
- The ability to handle difficult situations while maintaining professionalism.
- A keen interest in the fintech industry and a willingness to develop expertise in technical products.
