About the Role

A high-level leadership position has become available, allowing a seasoned professional to drive business growth and strategy in a dynamic fintech environment.

  • Leadership Opportunities

The successful candidate will lead an entire business unit, overseeing all aspects of the operation, including product development, revenue growth, and financial management. They will be responsible for defining the strategic product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs. This involves collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver timely and effective products.

  • P&L Management

The individual will oversee business finances, focusing on profitability and resource allocation. They will develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, analysing data to drive cost-effective operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Incubation and Product Launch

With a proven track record of incubating and launching successful products, the Business Head will identify and assess new opportunities in the crypto & investments space. They will lead ideation, development, and launch of new products to drive product excellence and promote a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.

  • Team Management

They will build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About You

The following qualifications and skills are required for this role:

  • Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • Experience

• Extensive experience in business development, product management, and P&L management, preferably in the cryptocurrency, investments, or fintech industry.

  • Skills

• Proven track record of incubating and launching successful products.

  • Certifications

• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and industry trends.

  • Soft Skills

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
