Global Talent Acquisition Leader Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our end-to-end recruitment process globally. As a hands-on, operationally driven leader, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, interviewing, and closing – across various roles in operational, technical, and commercial functions.

You will act as the single point of contact for all recruitment activity while delivering a high-quality candidate experience. Your expertise will be crucial in partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs across functions and geographies.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience building and running talent acquisition in a high-growth scale-up environment. You should possess deep expertise in hands-on, full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions and functions. Tech-savviness and metrics-driven approach are essential, along with strong ATS experience and process implementation skills.
