Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead the full spectrum of recruitment activities, taking on a pivotal role in shaping our global talent acquisition strategy.

This is a standalone, end-to-end recruitment position with a worldwide remit, ideal for a skilled leader who excels in fast-paced environments and thrives under minimal supervision.

As a senior recruiter, you will collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer to establish the foundational principles of our future talent function: developing scalable systems, tools, and processes while crafting a compelling business case to expand our talent acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process globally, sourcing, interviewing, and closing across multiple roles and regions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to deeply understand workforce needs across functions and geographies.
  • Coordinate the implementation and adoption of our new applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure seamless integration with our upcoming human resources information system (HRIS).
Strategic Development
  • Partner with the CPO to co-create a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned to our organization's strategic objectives, focusing on APAC expansion.
  • Design and implement a sustainable talent acquisition operating model, including a tailored hiring framework and governance structure to support international growth and future mergers and acquisitions.
  • Establish meaningful recruitment metrics, data-driven hiring practices, and reporting mechanisms to drive performance and accountability throughout the organization.
