Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Director to spearhead our recruitment efforts across the Asia-Pacific region. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans that align with our business objectives.
This role requires a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a strong understanding of regional market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. You will work closely with our Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to shape and execute global hiring strategies, ensuring regional alignment and contributing insights from the APAC market.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive recruitment plans that meet our business needs, taking into account regional priorities, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, Hiring Managers, and Regional HR Business Partners.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize your network, tools, and market insights to identify and engage top talent, leveraging creative search strategies, market intelligence, and a strong personal network to build high-quality pipelines.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our Regional Senior Management & Local HR Business Partner teams to ensure alignment with regional priorities, drive strategic hiring initiatives, and elevate the talent acquisition experience across markets.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the Financial Services / Investment Management sector, with a strong focus on APAC markets.
- Regional Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, including hiring policies and recruitment norms in Singapore, Australia, and Hong Kong.
- Exceptional Skills: Outstanding sourcing and headhunting capabilities, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and high attention to detail and operational excellence in administrative tasks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
