Talent Acquisition Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts in a global, high-growth environment. As a strategic business partner, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

About This Role

  • Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned to our business goals.

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.

  • Partner with senior leaders to understand workforce needs and design tailored solutions.

  • Oversee the roll-out and adoption of new ATS systems, ensuring seamless integration with HRIS.

  • Drive adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance the recruitment experience.

  • Metric-driven approach to ensure accountability and performance optimization.

  • Proven experience in leading talent acquisition in a high-growth, global environment.

  • Strategic thinking and expertise in developing scalable recruitment processes.

  • Ability to drive cultural transformation and change management.

  • Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.

  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
