About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads and growing revenue through prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and research potential clients across various industries using B2B strategies
  2. Develop and execute lead generation plans through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
  3. Utilize Crm tools to track engagement and manage lead data
  4. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities related to leads
  5. Effectively communicate the value proposition of products/services to potential clients
  6. Qualify leads based on budget, need, timeline, and decision-making authority
  7. Schedule meetings and demos using crm-integrated scheduling tools
  8. Align lead generation efforts with sales and marketing strategies
  9. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
  10. Meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, lead qualification, and crm usage

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or similar roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Advanced proficiency in Crm platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
