Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled B2B Growth & Outbound Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for designing and executing scalable, personalized outreach systems that generate qualified leads and meetings for our business.

Your primary mission will be to leverage the latest tools and AI-driven approaches to set up and run highly effective outbound campaigns. You'll manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring each program is executed with precision, personalization, and measurable results.

You'll also contribute to surrounding B2B marketing initiatives, such as lead magnets, content, and inbound channels. However, your core focus will be on outreach effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, other channels as appropriate).
  • Leverage tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Zapier/Make, and AI-powered personalization to maximize conversion.
  • Continuously test messaging, targeting, and cadences to optimize performance.
  • Use AI tools to craft tailored outreach messages at scale.
  • Build repeatable systems for automating research, list enrichment, and content customization.
  • Data & Performance Management:
  • Manage prospect databases and campaigns across multiple clients, ensuring clean, enriched, and segmented lists.
  • Track campaign performance, report on KPIs (open, reply, meeting booked, SQL conversion rates).
  • Run experiments to continually improve conversion rates.
  • Multi-Client & Campaign Management:
  • Prioritize and balance multiple client campaigns without compromising on quality or performance.
  • Build and maintain campaign playbooks so outreach systems can scale across different industries and ICPs.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Supporting B2B Marketing (Secondary Scope):
  • Collaborate on lead magnets, landing pages, and content initiatives to support inbound lead flow.
  • Align outbound efforts with broader brand positioning and demand generation campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven success designing and running outbound B2B lead generation campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead (or similar).
  • Knowledge of AI-driven personalization (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or specialized AI tools for outreach).
  • Experience managing multiple client campaigns simultaneously in a structured and organized way.
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable analyzing performance metrics and running structured experiments.
  • Bonus: experience creating B2B lead magnets, landing pages, and inbound content.
  • Strong written communication skills with a knack for clear, compelling outreach copy.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Multiple outbound systems running effectively across different ICPs and clients.
  • High campaign conversion rates (opens > replies > booked calls).
  • Consistent pipeline of qualified meetings generated directly from your outreach.
  • Playbooks and processes documented so campaigns can be repeated and scaled.
