Job Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven professional to fill the role of Lead Generation Specialist. As a member of our remote team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish relationships with potential clients through effective communication and product/service promotion
  • Identify and qualify leads based on their needs and interests
  • Determine the potential of each lead as a client
  • Coordinate appointments for the sales team to follow up on qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets
  • Manage objections and rejection professionally
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar field
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear phone manner
  • Persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation
