Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
  • Assist with booking, cancellations, and changes, as well as resolve service issues by coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with suppliers worldwide to meet customer needs and achieve high satisfaction rates.
  • Develop and implement service protocols and workflows for various scenarios.
  • Contribute to the company's internal knowledge base and external info portal (FAQs, product information, etc.).
  • Identify and propose process improvements to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Experience with computer software, such as Gmail and Google Docs.
  • Online support software experience is advantageous.
  • Previous customer support experience is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Fast learner.
  • Excellent English proficiency; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
