Inbound Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Inbound Supervisor to manage daily inbound tourism operations for our travel agency. The role involves overseeing tour arrangements for foreign tourists visiting the country, supervising a team, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring smooth, high-quality travel experiences that reflect the warm hospitality of the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Tour Operations

• Supervise the planning and execution of inbound tour packages.
• Coordinate with the reservations team to ensure timely booking of hotels, transport, and guided tours.
• Monitor tour schedules and ensure timely delivery of services to clients.

Team Supervision

• Lead a team of inbound sales and operations.
• Assign and monitor workloads, ensuring service quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations.

Supplier and Partner Coordination

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers (hotels, transport operators, guides, restaurants, etc.).
• Ensure suppliers comply with service standards, rates, and schedules.
• Negotiate contract rates and monitor vendor performance.

Customer Experience

• Handle and resolve escalated client concerns or service issues.
• Ensure client satisfaction from arrival to departure, including VIP or group handling.
• Assist in managing multilingual or culturally specific guest requirements (e.g., Indian and other international markets).

Documentation & Reporting

• Ensure all bookings, confirmations, and tour documents (vouchers, itineraries, contact lists) are properly prepared and distributed.
• Monitor and report daily operations, incidents, and customer feedback.
• Prepare monthly operations reports and KPIs (e.g., guest satisfaction, tour success rate).

Regulatory Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all operations comply with Philippine Department of Tourism (DOT) regulations and LGU tourism policies.
• Implement guest safety protocols, especially for tours involving adventure or remote destinations.
• Maintain updated knowledge on tourism guidelines and immigration/tourist requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in inbound travel operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• In-depth knowledge of popular Philippine destinations (e.g., Palawan, Cebu, Bohol, Boracay, Banaue, Davao).
• Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel industry tools (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Experience working with Indian and other international inbound markets
• Residents of Alabang, Paranaque, Las Pinas or nearby provinces or willing to relocate
