Job Summary:
  • Lead and manage team leaders and members to optimize sales performance, foster customer relationships, and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction to the teams, focusing on Subscription and Loyalty to drive sales growth and enhance customer retention.
  • Maintain a strong grasp of the English language, including spoken and written, to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar role, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while being a responsible team player.
