Job Title: Head of Customer Experience

We are seeking an experienced and proactive leader to head our customer experience function. This strategic role is essential to driving satisfaction, loyalty, and operational excellence throughout the customer journey.

This role involves owning the end-to-end customer experience and defining scalable strategies to support growth. You will establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), processes, and team goals aligned with business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience Leadership
  • Owning the customer experience and developing strategies to drive growth.
  • Establishing and tracking KPIs, processes, and team goals.
  • Building and managing a high-performing customer success team.
Sales Enablement & Channel Coordination
  • Enabling consultative sales through client communications across various platforms.
  • Overseeing accurate quote and invoice creation using Shopify and other tools.
  • Cross-functional coordination with marketing and sales teams.
Post-Sales Operations & Aftersales Support
  • Managing client onboarding and equipment setup, coordinating installations with technical service partners.
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding product use and ongoing support.
  • Facilitating additional orders and sourcing specialty items not listed online.
Shipping, Damage, and Returns Management
  • Leading customer communications related to logistics and returns.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with logistics teams to ensure fast resolutions.
Process Improvement
  • Monitoring operational pain points and identifying opportunities for automation or streamlining.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to implement improvements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing operations or customer success role.
  • Background in e-commerce operations; Shopify experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with professional coffee equipment or the specialty coffee industry is an advantage.
